Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address, name if provided, sign-in provider, avatar, and account preferences.
• Payment and order metadata handled by authorized payment providers, including order status, product, credits, currency, and transaction references. Full card numbers are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout and are not stored on our servers.
• Uploaded photos, generated photo results, task status, prompts generated by our server, and related technical metadata.
• Usage, device, browser, cookie, analytics, and support communication data.

How We Use Information

• Provide the photo restoration service and display your processing history.
• Process payments, credits, refunds, support requests, and fraud prevention.
• Moderate uploaded photos and generated results for safety and acceptable-use compliance.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the product experience.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

AI and Photo Data

The service currently uses Google Nano Banana Pro for AI-assisted photo restoration. Open Closed Eyes is an independent product and is not an official Google, Gemini, or Nano Banana app.

Photos may be processed by third-party AI, storage, moderation, analytics, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service.

We do not use uploaded photos or edited results for model training, marketing, or public case studies unless you explicitly authorize that use.

Depending on provider infrastructure, your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

Disclosure and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal data only with service providers needed for hosting, storage, AI processing, safety moderation, analytics, payments, support, security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

Payments may be processed by our authorized payment providers. The checkout page identifies the payment processor or Merchant of Record responsible for your transaction. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, preferences, product analytics, and service performance.

• Essential cookies help login, checkout, saved photos, and account features work correctly.
• Analytics tools, including Google Analytics, pageview.app, OpenPanel, and Microsoft Clarity when configured, help us understand aggregate usage, page performance, and product issues.
• You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings or privacy tools. Blocking some cookies may affect login, checkout, saved photos, or other account features.

Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos and edited results are retained so users can view and download their photo history, until the user deletes them or deletes the account, unless a longer retention period is required for security, legal, fraud, payment, or dispute reasons.

Temporary uploads from failed or blocked flows may be deleted within a reasonable time.

Order, credit, refund, tax, and security records may be retained as needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Deletion and User Choices

• Logged-in users can delete saved photos from My Photos where the feature is available.
• You may delete your account from the Account page or request broader data deletion by contacting support@openclosedeyes.com.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help by contacting support@openclosedeyes.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
• Some transaction, security, and legal records may be retained where required or where deletion would prevent us from resolving disputes or complying with law.

Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No internet service is completely secure.

If we become aware of a data security incident that legally requires user or regulator notice, we will provide notice within the timeframe required by applicable law.
