Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

Credit Delivery

Credits are delivered digitally to your account after successful payment confirmation. Most credit deliveries are automatic, but payment processor delays can occasionally delay fulfillment.

Photo Result Delivery

After you upload an authorized photo and start restoration, the service processes the photo through a fixed AI-assisted workflow. Processing time varies by queue, image size, and provider availability.

Completed results can be downloaded directly. Logged-in users can also access saved results from My Photos.

Failures and Safety Blocks

• If generation fails technically, no credit is consumed.
• If an uploaded photo is blocked by safety checks, no credit is consumed.
• If a generated result is blocked by safety checks, no credit is consumed and the result will not be returned.
