Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed Use

You may use the service to make a natural closed-eye repair on photos you own or have permission to edit.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You must not upload, request, generate, save, or distribute the following categories of content through the service.

• Pornography / NSFW: explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, or adult content.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, gore, violent abuse, or content that promotes or glorifies violence.
• Hate speech: hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content targeting protected classes or vulnerable groups.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or sensitive content involving minors.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: face swaps, identity replacement, non-consensual likeness edits, or misleading edits about identity or consent.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• Private images, likenesses, or personal data of another person without authorization.

Prohibited Uses

• Face swaps, identity replacement, deepfakes, impersonation, or edits intended to mislead viewers about identity or consent.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, stalking, blackmail, non-consensual edits, or reputational harm.
• Attempts to bypass file, upload, moderation, generation, credit, or security limits.
• Using the service in a way that violates payment provider rules, platform rules, or applicable law.

Enforcement Actions

We may block uploads, refuse generation, remove saved content, suspend accounts, or deny refunds where use violates this policy.

If an upload or generated result is blocked by safety controls, credits are not consumed.

Content Moderation

We use automated safety checks on uploaded photos before AI processing and on generated results before they are returned where practical.

If safety checks fail or return a non-allow decision, we may block the upload, stop generation, remove the result, or ask the user to contact support.

The product uses a fixed server-side prompt and does not allow users to enter free-form text prompts for image generation.

User Reporting Channel and Appeals

To report violating content, suspected abuse, or an incorrect safety decision, contact support@openclosedeyes.com.

Include your account email, relevant task or image information, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

We may review reports, remove violating content, restore incorrectly blocked access where appropriate, or take further enforcement action.
